we want come to taiyuan from india

dear sir,
we want come to south jiffang road yingzed district taiyuan city shanxi province china we are at present in india please send flight fright and neasrest air port this location.

I think you need to fly to Beijing first and then fly to Taiyuan.
For the road, I think you may mean the Jiefang Road, right?
If so, from TY airport, you can take the airport shuttle bus line 1 to reach Yingye Avenue and then take a taxi to your destination.
