Hi,please advise the cheapest way for my family(8 adults 5 kids)to reach royal plaza hotel on Sunday noon around  1pm.

The cheapest way is public bus and MTR for sure, but it cannot directly take you there. As for your case, I suggest you hire a van from certain rental service or your hotel.  Try it!
