About:FAQ on China Postal Service

My tracking number is cp260183686cn

there are 3 packages shipped together, and only this package was missing, can you help me?

It is strange and the online information only showed that it was in Shanghai International processed throught sort facilities on Oct 17. it is suggested to wait for a week to check whether there is change.
If no changes happen, it is suggested contact the seller to return your money back.
