Does HK MTR have a train that goes from Airport to Excelsior (Mandarin Oriental) hotel ?

Yes, there is. You can take Airport Express to HK Station. Then walk to Central MTR Station to take Island Line to get off at Causeway Bay. Get out from exit D1 and you can walk to the hotel.
As an optional choice, shuttle bus can also be takedn. Take bus no. E11 or A11 to get off at Sugar Street, Yee Wo Street and then easily walk to your hotel.0
