What about my package numer tracking RA 591644015CN????

I saw on this page, that this package was sending on 08.10.2013r. I need information.

The latest informatino shown that it was in Fuzhou airport on Oct 8 and from then on, there is no update. It is strange and it is suggested to contact the seller to consult this problem and ask whether he can return money to you or not.
