Where can I buy very good tea, such as luan guapian, in lanzhou?

Or could you point me to specialty tea shop in lanzhou?

There are two tea markets in Lanzhou city. One is the Yiwu Trade Market at Xiaoxihu Square and the other one is the Tea World at the 5F of Jincheng Jewelry Antique City (金城珠宝古玩城) at the cross road of Xiguan.
