Trying to find out what is the reason behind keeping my parcel all that time and not sending it to me.

My Number is RB657970162CN. Search results says "Dispatching" and no updates.

Could you help me locating the parcel and knowing the reason please ?

I made the purchase order on Nov 22nd 2013.

Hi, you made the purchase order on Nov. 22, but the seller sent it on Nov. 27. After China Post office in Shanghai collect the package, it will be dispatched to a gathering center. Then your package will be transported together with many other to an airport for check. Anyway, it is normal. No need to get worried!
