Hangzhou at the south side - places to travel shopping and night life

I will stay at four point hotel by sheraton which is in the south of HZ near Eastcom.
Is there any close place for shopping clothes at low prices

Nearby your hotel, there is no such a place to shop cheap clothes. The closest shopping center is the area where the Government of Binjiang District locates and you need to take a taxi to get there. It is close to Jiangling Road Station of local subway line 1.
