You are able to apply for a Q1 visa with an invitation letter from your husband and a photocopy of his Chinese ID, original and photocopy of your marriage certificate is also required. If your marriage certificate is issued outside of China, it should be translated to English or Chinese and then get it authenticated by Chinese embassy. The application form can downlanded from this website or official website of Chinese embassy.
