About:China Postal Service

My tracking number is RR461066029KR. The status is NULL and location is PEK since 21 Nov 2013.

PEK refers to Beijing Capital Airport, where your parcel was checked by the customs. After that, it would be sent out of China. When it is transfering overseas, it is hard to locate. Anyway, don't worry!
