why there was no update to the product shipped RB707459395CN from September 12, 2013?

The product may have been lost?

Since Sep. 12, there is nothing new. It is so strange and you certainly should be worried. You'd better go to your local post office to have a possible check, and maybe it has arrived unexpectedly. If not, try to contact China Post by dialing 86-11185 to consult.
