Are female tigers really this unlucky in love?

I'm a tiger born on jan 1 1987 . Me and partner of 5 years have been on rocks for past some time... We love each other very much so leaving me is hard... I am not sure what is going to happen. He is a 1983 born in June ... I think a pig... Thank you for any answers you might see in future.
