About:Exhibition of Decorations and Artwork

We will be going to shanghai from 9 to 15 dec . What shall we wear? What is a down jacket?

The average temperature is around 1 to 10C during that time, so I think you need to prepare a thin down jacket and thin sweaters, or you can take a thin sweater and a thick overcoat.
