About:China Postal Service

Hi my tracking number is RB794646982CN .. About the china postal service ???

For the last 20 days it is showing the same status as dispatching ,what does that mean???? Plus it's been more then 2 months and I have still not received the order..... Will request you for an update ad I am loosing my patience now....
