Hi, Can you help me please? have the same problem for my package! I've been waiting over a month.

I just track it for you, but it only shows that on Ovt. 28, it was dispatched from Hangzhou. After that, there is no update. It takes such a long time. In case that your package is lost, I suggest you go to your local post office for a trial check right now.
