About:EG05

I have à package of 5.5kg that schuld be sent from China to THE Netherlands. THE package is 40x46x26.

1) How much Will THE Total costs be?
2) What is THE delivery time?

As I know, they generally charge by weight instead of size, so would you mind telling me how many kgs the package is?

If you use air mail, generally it takes around 20 days to arrive.

Sorry, I see you mentioned the weight. Anyway, for 5.5kg package, it costs 176.2RMB in the way of Ship+Land; 334.8RMB in the way of Air+Ship+Land; and 501.4RMB by air.

Please let me know how long the shipping time will be with:

1) Ship + Land
2) Air + Ship + Land
3) Air

The items are quite fragile, please let me know which method you suggest for sending. Just to be sure, the package will be delivered at my home right? Also let me know how I should make an appointment for picking up the package.

My supplier has called with China Post and has heard that the total costs will be 1.100 RMB. How is that possible?

Hi, Mr. /Ms. Lucky, they charge around CNY1,100, because your items are quite fragile. The post fee and also insurance fee should be included. Generally speaking, your parcel would be delivered to your home/house if you use China Post. Don't worry!
