To be honest, it is not the best time to travel there. The best time is around March to October.
Comparatively, it is coldest time for the city during Jan and the average temperature is around 7, 8C then, but it is warmer than that in other places. if you do not have other time, you can go in Jan and I think you will experience a different winter in KM.1
