About:FAQ on China Postal Service

My order # is RC036646065CN. THe status is "Null"

How do I determine if it is still in China and when will it arrive in the US? Thanks.

NULL here means that your parcel was delivered to Shanghai Pudong Airport on Nov. 28. There your package would be checked by local customs. After thatm it will leave for the US. Anyway, it is hard to tell whether it is still in China or not. Just wait for it patiently! Everything is fine.
