Jiuzhaigou boardwalk close?

hi, i am visiting the Jiuzhai Valley in the week and i heard that the boardwalk in the park will be closed for visitor in december, is it true and i would like to know is the road from jiuzhaihuanglong airport is icy from the park?

As I know, most of the sightseeing roads are the boardwalk. During Dec., some of them will closed considering the safety.
The road from the park to the airport is fine and not icy.
