How do I get to Mongkok or any shopping centers easy to reach from Rambler Garden Hotel at Tsing Yi Rd, HK?

Also, what nearby cheaper restaurants or to go foods near Rambler Garden Hotel excluding hotel restaurants at the basement.

From your hotel, you can take a taxi to reach Kwai Fong Station and then change to take the local mtr Tsuen Wan line to reach Mong Kok directly. You can also take the Tsuen Wan Line to reach Tsim Sha Tsui Station, which is another shopping center.
Around the Tsing Yi Station, you can find the restaurants and it is about 7 minutes driving distance.
