From the Western Market to the Escalator, you can take a taxi to reach directly.
After you get off the escalator to the Peak Upper Station, there is no direct bus or transportation mothed unless you climbing on your own. The buses nearby will go down the hill first, so you may need to get down the hill and then walk to find the Peak Tram Station on the Garden Road and then take the Peak Tram to reach the top of the peak.
