About:Chinese Embassy in India

Can I apply visa at mumbai consular or i have to apply only at delhi consular?

I am resident at Gujarat State with indian passport ,

I am afraid that you need to apply from the embassy in New Delhi since your area is not under the administration of the consulars in Mumbai.
