About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

CSC form for more than one universities

i am applying for 3 universities, should i have to fill the CSC form 3 times? and every time put the agency number of each university ?

But as I know, it is forbidden to apply for that from several universities at the same time! One chance per person.
