can any Administrator pls help me RB790269937CN

this package is a jacket from china but ssuddenly theres no update after status: departure from china . and I want to know if it has really departure china and howlong it takes for the item to arrive my country The Netherlands. thank you RB790269937CN

When is my package going to be dispatched because there is no new status for almost 2weeks and the item should have been at the the airport by now or is my package lost or returned by to the seller?
