About:Harbin Travel

I would like to know that is there any chance to see "Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival" and Ice Lantern Show in the Zhaolin Park? during late Dec.

Yes, you are expected to enjoy the festival then. As with the routine, all sites for the ice and snow festival will open for trial operation around Dec. 21st; therefore, it will be available in late Dec.
