About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

I am going to Hotel hotel Panorama by rhombus in hk next week. Can we simply show our air port ticket and use the free shuttle service to our hotel.

I heard that we can take K3 to Stop 2 and it stops near to our hotel? Do we have to buy tickets for airport express before we are entitled to the free shuttle bus?

Also, does anyone know which part of the airport will the shuttle bus be?

Much appreciated if anyone answers!

Yes, you can take free bus no. K2 to East Tsim Sha Tsui Station and walk to your hotel within 100m. But to take the bus, you have to take Airport Express ticket in advance. It is not eligible to board only with your air ticket.

Aside from the free bus, you can take airport bus no. A21 to get off at Mody Road, Chatham Road South and then walk to your hotel! Upon landing, you can easily find the buses according to the guiding signs (I remember they are at the left hand side of the exit). Don't worry!

Thanks for your quick reply! I was thinking to take the Airport Express train to Kowloon station then take the shuttle bus service to my hotel. However, do you think taking the bus is a better idea? I think it will save some cost, how much is the bus fee? I know it about 90HKD for the Airport Express train.

Yes, direct bus (A21) is more convenient and money-saving. It costs 33HKD per person.
