About:Chinese Embassy in Austria

Getting a VISA in Vienna

I want to fly to Shanghai to visit my brother who lives and works there and apply for it in vienna and visit friends there at the same time. As a British citizen living in Spain will I be able to get it whilst in vienna? Thanks!
