About:Hong Kong Octopus Card

Can I get the bus from hong kong airport to Holiday Inn Express Soho, then use multiple transport services over seven days

and also use airport express from hotel to airport with the standard octopus card? Otherwise what do you suggest?

Surely you can take a bus from HKIA to your hotel use the card. Take bus no. E11 or A11 to get off at Macau Ferry, Connaught Road Central and then walk to the hotel. You can also get some discounts if to pay with Octopus Card, which can be used on bus, ferry, MTR and Airport Express in HK. Don't worry!
