My husbands got Visa Z, and my baby and I have F

Our F will be expired on Aug, 14. Is it possible for my baby and I to apply for type s1, according to my husband's vsa type z and his company's paper work? Both of me and my baby are U.S passport holders.

As I know, this is not allowed while in China. Maybe you can have a try to apply for S1 in HK.

Going to HK or back to U.S, its not a problem for us. The most important thing is to get a visa with more than 6 months. I just want to know would they accepet to give me and my baby s1? bcz i have read the info above and they say z for work wich my husbands got can apply for s2.

Yes, of course, you can apply for S1 type without problem. My suggestion is to apply in USA with an invitation letter from your husband, and copies of his passport and residence permit, original and photocopy of marriage certificate and birth certificate of your baby.
