getting from dujiangyan to jiuzhaigou valley

I am wanting to know if one can travel to Dujiangyan, take an overnight break, and then continue the journey onto JZG Valley the following day?Secondly, is there plentiful accommodation in Dujiangyan, and if so any suggestions would be most appreciated. Name and address in both Chinese and English please.Thanx in advance, Francine

Yes, you can go to Dujiangyan first, stay there for a night and then head for the valley. But only two buses from Dujiangyang to the valley are scheduled at 08:00 and 10:20. Yes, there are many places for accommodation in Dujiangyan city. What is your buget for a hotel? Anyway, I know a budget one - Seven Days Inn, just 200m from Dujiangyan Passenger Transport Center, where you can take a bus in the nbext morning. In Chinese, I remember it is 7天连锁酒店. You can go and find that!
