What is the best time of year to go for clear, blue sunny skies in Taipei?

Would we see mostly clouds in early May?

Personally, Oct. is the best choice to go for clear and sunny skies. Meanwhile, the rainfall then will lessen a lot. And yes, there will be more cloudy days in early May.
