What happened with my package RB113989762CN?

Track number is RB113989762CN
(Location: PVG) (Activity: NULL)
Exist any way of communicate with custom house for know some precise information from day 19 October?
Is possible to know whether it has been lost?

Once the parcel was delivered to the airport, it cannot be lost.
I am afraid that there is no ways to contact the custom and you have to wait. There is information being updated until the parcel reached its destinatinon county.
So you may need to wait patiently.
