About:China Postal Service

My package with tracking number RB859147246CN

Hi

it is showing destination to Italy but that is the incorrect shipping address. I have tried contacting the seller but have not received any response. Is there any way the address can change to my shipping address?

I do not think there is some ways to correcting the address during that process.
Usually, if the address is incorrect, the parcel will be returned to the sender. Maybe you can ask the sender to check it for you clearly.

Hi

I initially had the correct address so I do not understand why it was shipped to Italy. I've tried contacting the seller numerous times but no response.
