Delivery Question about RB945833817

RB945833817: Has arrived Inward office of Exchange in the UK on the 29th October . It hasn't been delivered yet? Does anyone know Why? or whom I can get in touch with in the UK to find out why it hasn't been delivered?

I believe the correct tracking number is RB945833817CN. I track it and yes, there is no update since Oct. 29. You should try to contact your UK Post, but I am not sure about its contact.

Thank you Lisa for the information RE RB945833817CN. I have no contact number in the Uk for tracking this package.The sender says it will turn up?It has been stuck in the uk since 29th October? Is this usual? Are these parcels insured?
