lost my package code RB193244297CN

good afternoon, please I need help, I have no information about my package,code is RB193244297CN the information currently displayed is The October 13, the package was delivered to Guangzhou Baiyun Airport and since then no information has been updated.

call the post office chili, and even package does not arrive country.

please could someone help me get my package since llevavarios days late. thank you very much in advance
