About:China Transit Visa

Am I allowed free transit both ways?

Its me again I'm transiting Beijing both ways Beijing to Manila (10 hours duration/ decemaber 12, 2013 05.55 arrival time & 16.10 departure time) and on my way back Beijing to amsterdam (10 hours duration/ january 11, 2014 14.35 arrival time and 00.50 departure time january 12, 2014.

Yes, you can enjoy exemption both ways if you will remain in the airport during stopovers.
