About:FAQ on China Postal Service

no RB974164880CN it says dispatching does this mean that parcel is sent towards my country ? or no ?

I'm afraid not. I just tracked and it newly arrived at Beijing with the status of "Dispatching". Then it will be opened to check and be posted overseas from Beijing Capital Airport.
