so I ordered something from china that will come in a parcel on 18/10/2013then a few weeks later the guy who sold it to me said the china mail lost it, so he said he resent it and ever since it hasen't gotten here he said from 15 - 20 days and its been over a month and 1 weekmy tracking number is RB490774475CN, it keeps saying NULL pvg, what does that mean?!!??? please someone answer this
