Status PEK, NULL. what to do with this? my parcel was picked up on 2nd November 2013,

Till now i dont know if its moving or not. If you say PEK means Beijing international airport, after one month it still in beijing? I can't understand that: RA073047848CN. I think China post must correct that.
The Package is from China to Rwanda.
