About:China Postal Service

My parcel having tracking number as RB465913396CN

Dear Postal Service,

I have a package the track number is RB46591396CN and the last information was "RB465913396CN Departure from outward office of exchange Guangzhou HU Thu, 24 Oct 2013 09:25:00 GMT"
I think its stop there. Can you help me ?
