RB204096747CN Time of delivery!!!HELP

Hello, i've done an order the 22nd of september and my order is in statut frozen at beijing since the 31 of october. Do you know if it's normal to wait so long. The seller said me that it's on normal transporting and said me to be patient but i'm waiting for 2 months yet.

The fast is that your parcel has left China on Oct. 31, so it may have been in your country by now. I suggest you go and consult at your local post office.
