About:Facts

we r arriving hangzhou on the 6th Dec, we planned to visit huangshan mountain n taousand island,

what is the best mean of transport to visit these 2 places ( we are family of 8 pax)

It is suggested to travel on your own by using public transportation.
From HZ West Bus Station, there are direct buses for Thousand Island Lake. From the dock of the Thousand Island Lake, there are direct ferry to Shendu Dock. From Shendu Dock, there are buses for Huangshan.
If you cannot find the direct buses, you can take buses for Tunxi first and then from Tunxi Bus Station, you can find the buses for the mountain.
