About:Chinese Embassy in Qatar

Filing up China Visa Application Form

Can we type on the PDF application form and take a print or should it be hand written on the form provided by the embassy in Doha?

You should fill it in the PDF form and then print it out. It's said that hand-written applications haven't been accepted anymore.
