No, there is no such kind of direct transportation.
You need to take the airport shuttle bus to reach the GL city center and then go to L Bus Station to take the buses for YS.

the taxi fare from Liangjiang Airport to Yangshuo downtown is CNY200-220, If the driver charges much higher, remember to bargain.
