Citizenship of China or Hong Kong of a U.S Citizen

how does a U.S Citizen become a citizen of the China or Hong Kong what office should I go to once I get there whiles I`m living in Thailand what is the office address cross streetsphone numbers land marks

First, China doesn't admit the dual citizenship. If you become a Chinese citizen, you won't have to give up your US citizenship. Will you give your US citizenship? Second, it's too difficult to become a Chinese citizen. According to the news report, about 2 to 3 thousand people gain their Chinese citizenship.
