Philippines need visa in visiting Hong Kong and macau?

They can stay in Macau for one month at most with their passports. In HK, they can stay for 14 days at most. However, HK government now thinks of canceling visa-free policy for people from Philippines because of the hostage incident in Manila. So far, no official news has been released that the policy has been cancelled.
