can i pay cash here?

thank you so much for your kind informatin,i have one more question,,,while i check in web page from chinese consulate dubai they are taking the fee through either visa card or master card and i don't have it.if i can pay cash like U.A.E. dhirams.and i will not stay in hotel by the way my relatives are there so i want to ask u should i need to book the hotel reservation?or i can ask to my fiyancy to send me invitation latter.wating for your repply.
