Person that sent the package says it has been shipped already my postal service in the U.S.says it is still in China can you tell me whats going on?

The latest infor I can track it was in Shanghai on Nov. 5. I believe it was for customs check. By now, the process should have finished and your parcel may be on the way to the destination.
