Which Visa application form for Hong Kong?

Hi,

I'm looking to apply for Hong Kong Visa for my parents who hold Timor Leste Passport.
Is there a different application form for Hong Kong or do we use the same form for mainland China and do we have to apply directly to the Consular Office in Toorak?

Hi, you should fill the form ID 1003A for application. This form can be downloaded from the website of HK immigration department, or from visa index page on this site.
