Being Nepali Citizen how many hours we can stay at China airport for Transit ?

Hello, I am planning to take round trip from San Francisco to Kathmandu (Nepal) by China Airlines so there is hours transit in Qingdao airport and when i return from Nepal to San Francisco in Kunming airport i have transit 10 and half hours. so i want to know, can we stay at airport without transit visa?

Yes, you are allowed free transit if each stopover is less than 24 hours.
